About Ishai Shamir

My name is Ishai Shamir. Born and raised in Israel, lived in 6 countries. I worked with great people that taught me a lot on how to do product well and tie it to a growth framework involving product, marketing, development and finance. To me it all comes down to results, drawing a line between what we all do day to day, what users want and how that drives our business.

I led 3 market leading products in King and EA with revenue of over $1 Billion and 10 million Daily Active Users. I launched Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, the only mobile Star Wars game to reach ~$1 Billion. My teams achieved great results thanks to our methodology, good gut and luck.

I'm motivated by helping teams learn methodologies and ways to communicate that lead to results.

Some results generated for clients:

• Enabling to increase revenue by 40% by adjusting goals, target KPIs and experimentation methodologies with leadership. Followed up with coaching teams to implement change in approach and repeatedly generate revenue increases.

• Enabling to increase revenue by more than 50% by defining a growth operations framework: aligning goals of multiple teams, resource allocation and data driven methodologies for prioritization across and within products.
